SUGAR!!!!!

So, I have been doing to a bit of research about sugars and I think I always knew it but yes sugar is bad for us but if we are going to have it we are better off getting it from fruit or naturally occurring sweeteners.
Below is a few of the questions that have constantly gone through my mind as well as yours no doubt!! I- Is sugar that bad for you? II- Is the sugar from fruit good for us? III- Which sugars are better or worse? IV- Is sugar addictive? V- Are sugar alternatives better? Like Diet drinks and no added sugar alternatives? So, in a nutshell, when consuming sugar, one of two things will happen. We will either burn it off for energy or store it within out fat cells, so it is better to consume sugar before or after a workout.
